This is something pre-psychedelic. Before there were hippies, the beatniks were smoking all the grass. And man, they had some good tunes to red light on. This album was released on Warner Brothers in 1959. Almost all instrumental choked full of horns, keys, guitar, drums, percussion and xylophone here and there. This album is just fun. Play it loud, or play it soft it's great either way.
Man, play it with a nice hot dinner for two on a warm night. I think this works best. Just dont forget cool lighting and the grass. And of course most important of all, the beautiful woman you are trying to impress.
Good luck, and enjoy.
