The Faces - Paris Theatre, London England 11/09/1970

Here is a great sounding FM Broadcast of The Faces playing at the Paris Theatre in London. Since it is a rather short concert, I left the songs in Flac format. It's better sound quality than an mp3 anyway. You can always convert it to a different format later. If you don't have a program for this, I highly recommend Xrecode. It's a great program that will convert many different types of music formats. Best of all it is free to use.

Set List:
1. You're My Girl (I Don't Want To Discuss It)
2. Wicked Messenger
3. Devotion
4. It's All Over Now
5. I Feel So Good

Neil Young - Hanover Theatre, Worcester, Ma 05/21/2010

This is part of the new solo tour that Neil is on. And damn if you can afford the hundred plus dollar tickets all the power to you. Aside from that big drag, Neil sounds great, the show sounds great, and Zuma11 did a great job of recording it. Thanks. Unfortunately, I cant afford see this concert when he stops by. But thanks to the wonderful people, like Zuma11 and The Young Dutch Master, I can still enjoy listening to it. And so can you.

Wooden Shjips - 2009/10/31

Here is a great psychedelic band for you. Wooden Shjips live at 171 Lombardy in Brooklyn, New York. This is a superb matrix recording (audience and soundboard mixed together) done by NYCTaper. I'd have to say it is the best recording, I've heard thus far for Wooden Shjips. The best way to describe their sound is it's a lot like the photo above. Kinda dark, disorientating, and definitely tripped out. To me they are one of the best bands, currently playing this type of dark psychedelic music. Well worth checking out. And you can't go wrong starting with this excellent job. NYCTaper put a lot of work into this recording. A big thank you for sharing this with us.
*Note: You can also download this in FLAC format (which I recommend) by request at: NYCTaper. While your there checkout all the other great music he has, and maybe give a big thanks.

Set list:

2 We Ask You To Ride

4 Motorbike
5 For So Long
6 Death's Not Your Friend

Pink Floyd - The Wall In Progress

This is truly an interesting album. Recorded at Pink Floyd's Britannia Row Studios. This is demo tracks of The Wall album. These recordings give real insight into the creation of the final masterpiece. Though these tracks are stripped down, raw, basic, and almost completely different than the final cuts, the sound quality is superb. If you are a Floyd fanatic, this is a must have. Even if your not, I think it's very interesting to listen to the works in their infancy.

The Thin Ice
Another Brick In The Wall Part 1
The Happiest Days Of Our Lives
Another Brick In The Wall Part 2

Alex Chilton - The Knitting Factory, February 13, 1997

Here is another wonderful recording to help celebrate Mr. Chilton's life of music. Thanks to Jeff Vargon we have this great recording. This is a very special show. Here is the story as told by Jeff Vargon.
"After an unexpected loss of power, the club's management announced that the second set was canceled and in spite of the grumbles of the audience, refunds were given out. I, and a handful of others, chose to remain in our seats and unexpectedly Alex came out onto the floor. By the grace of the muses one of the audience members had an acoustic guitar, and handed it to Alex on a whim. Alex began strumming, and what began as a brief four song run-through led to over an hour of amazing, and at times, almost ethereal music."
Thank you Jeff, for recording and sharing this with us. This is truly a very special recording, of a one of kind singer song writer.
